Songs For You

I will assume you remember that I am a guitar player and piano player.  You may also remember times when we would share the piano bench and play a song together—whether it be a real song or one that we just made up.

On various occasions I played a song for you that I wrote many years earlier—a song called "Friends By The Fire."  I wrote the song while staying in Breckenridge, Colorado at my Aunt Jean's cabin (November 1978).

In September of 2000, I finally recorded a demo version of "Friends By The Fire."  The initial recording offered me the opportunity to write a second and a third guitar part for the song.  Below are hyperlinks to two different versions of this song—the first version recorded in the studio (with a harp part)—and the final studio version, both versions recorded by my friend and engineer/producer.

I have also posted many other songs that I have written and recorded over the years.  Do enjoy!
